Job Summary - We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Fund Accounting to handle end-to-end accounting for Private Equity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LPGP accounting, capital activities, investor reporting, and hedge fund NAV processes, with a strong understanding of alternative investment structures.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end Private Equity Fund Accounting, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and NAV calculations.

- Prepare and review Capital Call notices, distributions, redemptions, and investor statements.

- Maintain and reconcile PCAP (Partners Capital Accounts) for LPs and GPs (PE funds).

- Handle LPGP accounting, including allocations, profit sharing, expense allocations, and management fee calculations.

- Support and execute waterfall calculations as per fund agreements (Private Equity).

- Manage PE fund NAV-related activities, including cash & position reconciliation, P&L; calculation, and expense accruals.

- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.





- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, fund administrators, and clients for smooth delivery and reporting.

- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with fund governing documents and SLAs.

- Lead and guide team members and support process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in Private Equity Accounting.

- Strong understanding of PE fund structures, LPGP accounting

- Team handling experience

- Hands-on experience with:

- Capital Call notices

- Redemptions

- PCAP (Partner’s Capital Account)

- Waterfall calculations

- Hedge fund NAV, reconciliations, and investor reporting

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with global clients.

- Familiarity with fund accounting systems & investor reporting tools

- Accounting qualification or relevant finance background is a plus
