Senior Associate – Consulting

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹70,000 per month

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI Membership Completed

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Consulting to work directly with the Partner on high-value consulting assignments involving Valuation, Transaction Advisory, Virtual CFO/MIS Reporting, and Direct Tax.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review DCF, Comparable Company & 3-Statement Financial Models
- Support ESOP and Business Valuations
- Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports and reconciliations
- Support Due Diligence, Fund Raising & Transaction Advisory assignments
- Research and draft Direct Tax positions and notice replies
- Prepare Partner briefs, meeting minutes and follow up on open items
- Develop templates and checklists for consulting engagements

Requirements

- Qualified CA with completed ICAI Membership
- Strong MS Excel and financial modelling skills
- Valuable knowledge of Accounting Standards / Ind AS and Income Tax

- Working knowledge of GST
- Experience with Tally or Zoho Books




- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Tamil & English
- Ability to independently research, analyse and present solutions

Good to Have
- Exposure to Valuation / Due Diligence
- Knowledge of Power Query, SQL or Dashboarding
- Familiarity with AI tools for research and drafting
