Sopan Prabhu Architects & Planners (SPAP) is looking for talented, sincere, hardworking and adaptable professionals to join our growing architectural and project team.

Our practice involves High-Rise Residential, Institutional & Redevelopment Projects, with a strong focus on architectural planning, working drawings, multidisciplinary coordination and project execution.

CURRENT OPENINGS

SENIOR ARCHITECT

- Experience : 8–12 Years
- Salary : ₹9–15 Lakh p.a.

JUNIOR / MID-LEVEL ARCHITECT

- Experience : 2–5 Years
- Salary : ₹4–8 Lakh p.a.

MID-LEVEL / SENIOR ENGINEER

- Experience : 5–12 Years
- Salary: ₹6–12 Lakh p.a.

DRAFTSMAN

- Experience : 5–10 Years
- Salary : ₹5–9 Lakh p.a.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, relevant experience, technical skills and suitability for the position.

QUALIFICATION

Architects : B.Arch. from a recognized institution with relevant architectural experience.

Engineers : B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering with relevant experience in building construction, project execution and technical coordination.

Draftsman : Diploma / Certificate in Architectural Drafting or relevant qualification with good experience in architectural drafting.

Experience in High-Rise Residential, Institutional & Redevelopment Projects will be preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation and coordination of Architectural Working Drawings

Plans, sections, elevations, construction details and documentation





Coordination with Structural, MEPF & Landscape Consultants

Coordination with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Site Teams & Vendors

Drawing revision management and documentation

Monitoring project progress, quality and technical requirements

Review of contractor / shop drawings and technical submissions

Identification and resolution of technical and coordination issues

Site execution and project coordination

Maintaining drawing, project and site records

Ensuring timely completion of assigned project deliverables

SOFTWARE SKILLS

AutoCAD

Google SketchUp

ArchiCAD

MS Office

Additional relevant software knowledge will be an advantage.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Candidates should have good working knowledge / practical exposure to:

- NMMC Planning Rules & Regulations
- UDCPR
- Architectural planning & approval requirements
- Structural & MEPF coordination
- Architectural detailing & construction documentation
- Building construction & site execution
- Consultant / contractor coordination
- Project planning & progress monitoring

SENIOR-LEVEL EXPECTATIONS Senior professionals will be expected to:
