Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, institutional, and other building projects.

- Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

- Prepare and review working drawings, construction drawings, and architectural details.

- Coordinate with Structural, MEPF, Civil, Landscape, and other consultants to ensure proper integration of all disciplines.

- Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and applicable building regulations.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor architectural execution and resolve design-related issues.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project management teams.

- Provide technical guidance to junior architects and design team members.

- Review shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and technical submissions.





- Identify design discrepancies and provide appropriate technical solutions.

- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project records.

- Monitor project progress from design development through construction and completion.

- Ensure that architectural works are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.

- Assist in preparation of BOQ, specifications, tender documents, and presentations when required.

- Participate in client meetings, design review meetings, coordination meetings, and site meetings.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned design and architectural deliverables.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
