We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead residential projects from concept to execution while managing and supporting the architectural team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead residential projects from concept, design, documentation to execution.
- Develop creative, functional, and premium residential designs using AutoCAD.
- Monitor the status and progress of all ongoing projects and ensure timely deliverables.
- Lead and guide Junior Architects in their design work, providing creative direction, technical support, design solutions, and regular reviews.
- Review and improve junior architects’ plans, elevations, layouts, working drawings, and design presentations.
- Allocate and coordinate design responsibilities among Junior Architects and ensure their work meets required quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, site teams, contractors, and management.
- Attend client meetings and provide design presentations and technical guidance.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, permit requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Identify project delays or design issues and take timely corrective action.
- Maintain overall design quality, team productivity, project progress, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- B.Arch degree (COA registration preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of residential architecture experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Robust residential design, technical, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of local building rules and permit procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively lead, mentor, and support Junior Architects.
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
