Role Description The Senior Architect will lead the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through completion in a full-time, on-site role based in India.

Responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. The role involves overseeing project timelines, guiding junior team members, and collaborating closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into functional, sustainable designs.

The Senior

Architect will participate in design reviews, manage documentation,



and support integration of technology and innovative solutions into project workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with Integration of design workflows and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Understanding of Software Development principles as they relate to design tools, BIM, or digital collaboration platforms.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and relevant qualified registrations where applicable.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices in India.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
