Position: Senior Advisor

CTC: Up to 10 LPA

Shift: Fixed Shift

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Relevant experience preferred

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate

Work Mode: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client/customer interactions professionally
- Manage escalations and provide effective resolutions
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities
- Monitor service quality and meet SLA requirements
- Prepare and maintain operational reports

• Support process improvement and business requirements





Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Relevant experience in customer service, banking, insurance, BPO or operations preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage escalations
