Role OverviewWe are looking for a result-oriented Admissions Counsellor with 3–4 years of experience in education sales and student counselling to guide prospective students and working professionals and convert enquiries into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead records, follow-ups,



and enrolment data in the CRM.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; Commerce background preferred.
- 3–4 years of experience in admissions counselling or education sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Experience in lead management, follow-ups, and target achievement.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with professional certification or career-oriented courses is an advantage.
