Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and provide detailed information about TEONOX programs.
- Understand student career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on leads.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Maintain student records and follow-up data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with academic and admissions teams for smooth onboarding.
- Conduct career counselling sessions and explain program benefits.
- Support seminars, demo sessions, and engagement activities.
- Meet monthly admission targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills

- 4-8 years of experience in Educational Counselling, Sales, or Admissions.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to handle student queries and objections professionally.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in EdTech or training institutes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Experience handling student admissions or career counselling.

Education Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Relevant experience in counselling or admissions will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
