Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
- Manage accruals and adjustments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Analyze complex transactions and provide guidance on accounting treatments.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in finance or accounting role.
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP (GAAP) and IFRS (IFRS).
- Proficiency in preparing financial statements using Quick Books or similar software.
