Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, statutory compliance and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS and accounting software, with the ability to ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase entries, sales entries, receipts, payments and journal vouchers.
- Prepare and maintain the General Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet schedules.
- Handle bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, customer reconciliation and interdepartmental account reconciliation.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, outstanding payments and collections.
- Verify purchase invoices, expense bills, payment vouchers and supporting documents.
- Ensure accurate accounting of revenue and expenses from amusement park operations, restaurant outlets, retail shops and other business units.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Assist in monthly closing, year-end closing and preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliance in coordination with the Finance Controller or external consultants.
- Support internal audits, statutory audits and tax audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.
- Monitor petty cash, cash transactions and expense claims.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.




- Coordinate with purchase, stores, billing, operations and other departments for accounting-related matters.
- Assist in budgeting, expense monitoring and financial analysis as required by management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- M.Com, CA Inter or other relevant accounting qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS and financial reporting.
- Experience with Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good analytical, numerical and reconciliation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in hospitality, amusement parks, resorts, restaurants, retail or other multi-outlet businesses will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling high-volume transactions and multiple cost centres will have an advantage.
