KS Group is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant – Tea Gardens to join our Accounts & Finance Team at our Head Office in Siliguri, West Bengal.

Position: Senior Accountant – Tea Gardens

Department: Accounts & Finance

Experience: Minimum 15 Years

Salary: As per experience, qualification & suitability

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com preferred
- CA Inter will be an added advantage

Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 15 years of relevant accounting experience
- Mandatory experience in Tea Industry / Tea Estate / Plantation Industry
- Candidates should have strong exposure to Tea Garden accounting and financial control.

Software & Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Grill Software / Accounting Software
- Advanced MS Excel
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Financial reporting and MIS preparation
- Bank & cash reconciliation

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Monitoring accounting activities of three Tea Gardens
- Garden-wise financial monitoring and control
- Payroll, labour & wage accounting




- Purchase and expense monitoring
- Tea production & sales accounting
- Bank reconciliation and cash-flow monitoring
- MIS and management reporting
- Budget vs. actual analysis
- Audit coordination and financial controls

Statutory Compliance Knowledge

Candidates should have valuable working knowledge of:

GST | TDS | PF | ESIC | Professional Tax | Income Tax
