Job Summary

NBSL Elevator Components India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, taxation compliance, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and experience in the elevator or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting reconciliations.

- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

- Prepare bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer account

statements.
- Manage invoicing, billing, payment follow-ups, and vendor payments.

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other management reports.

- Monitor expenses, cash flow, and outstanding receivables and payables.





- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.

- Maintain proper documentation and support internal and external audits.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

- 6—8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

- Experience with accounting software and MS Excel.

- Valuable analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Candidates from the elevator components or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

- Candidates with strong accounting and reconciliation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
