What you will do

- Process partner payouts each cycle: membership revenue share, visitor payouts and session payouts, checked against app data
- Reconcile online sales, counter sales at partner centers and payment-gateway settlements every week
- Close the books monthly by the 5th: accruals, bank reconciliation, ledgers and trial balance
- Prepare GST, TDS and payroll inputs for the external CA, and track every filing deadline
- Resolve payout queries from partner fitness centers within 2 working days
- Follow up on pending items (documents, approvals, data from operations or tech)

- Keep audit-ready records and supporting documents for every transaction

Must have

- B.Com / M.Com, CA-Inter or CMA-Inter with 3–5 years of hands-on accounting
- Strong in GST and TDS, bank and gateway reconciliation, and month-end close
- Tally Prime or Zoho Books, and confident Excel (lookups, pivots, SUMIFS)
- Reliable and proactive: closes dependencies without being chased

Valuable to have

- Experience with high-volume vendor or partner payouts: aggregators, franchises or e-commerce marketplaces
- Payroll processing experience

How we will measure you (first 90 days)

- Every payout cycle on time, with zero calculation errors raised by partner centers
- Books closed by the 5th of every month
- No missed GST or TDS deadline

Hiring process

1. CV screen by HR within 3 working days
2. 45-minute Excel test: calculate one month's payouts for 5 sample partner centers and reconcile them against a settlement report
3. Interview with the Account Head
4. Final round with the founders
