Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, reconciliations, and manufacturing-related accounting activities The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices, GST, TDS, Tally/ERP, financial reconciliations, and manufacturing accounts, with the ability to independently manage the company's accounting function

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate general ledger, purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and review GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Perform regular bank, vendor,



customer and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports and management
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Handle purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit/credit notes and expense documentation.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with monthly closing and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and other financial institutions.
- Support statutory, tax and internal audits.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping.
- Excellent knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Solid understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel including formulas, Pivot Tables and data analysis.
- Experience with bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Understanding of manufacturing accounting and inventory accounting will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
