Preferred Candidate Location: Pune, India

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in

Accounting, Finance, or Administration. The candidate should be willing to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle accounting, financial documentation, invoices, and payment records.

 Maintain financial reports, expense records, and related documentation.

 Coordinate office administration and day-to-day operational activities.

 Manage emails, documentation, and communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

 Assist management with reporting, scheduling, and administrative coordination.

 Ensure proper maintenance of records and timely completion of assigned tasks.

 Travel to Dubai and stay there whenever required for business purposes.

Requirements

 Strong experience in Accounting, Finance, or Administration.

 Candidates currently based in Pune are preferred.





 Willingness to travel as required.

 Positive communication, organizational, and coordination skills.

 Ability to work independently and support management effectively.

Salary

Negotiable, based on the candidate’s experience, educational qualifications, and skills.
