British Youth International College (BYITC) is a UK-based institution committed to providing premium education and online learning programmes to children worldwide, aged 4–14 years.

We are currently looking for a motivated and results-oriented Senior Academic Consultant to join our team.

Role: Senior Academic Consultant

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel parents and understand their children’s learning needs through structured counselling sessions.
- Schedule and conduct daily demo sessions, followed by timely follow-ups with prospective parents.
- Understand the customer’s profile, requirements, and concerns to effectively explain BYITC’s learning methodology and programmes.
- Handle customer objections and participate in price negotiations to support sales conversions and revenue generation.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and continuously develop sales and counselling skills.
- Build positive relationships with prospective parents and guide them throughout the enrolment process.




- Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.

Requirements
- Previous experience in educational sales, EdTech, counselling, or inside sales will be preferred.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with a willingness to work in a sales-driven workplace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Laptop/Desktop and stable Wi-Fi connection are mandatory.
