Profile: Seller Support Executive

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Client: Walmart (International E-Commerce)

Location: Pune, Kharadi

Salary: Up to 3 LPA + Perforamance based Incentives

Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week

Shifts & Week Off: Rotational

Cab Facility: One-way cab available during odd hours

Job Responsibilities

- Handle seller queries and provide effective resolutions through customer support.
- Assist Walmart sellers with account, order, payment, listing, and other platform-related concerns.
- Identify issues, troubleshoot them, and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions and meet process SLAs.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility

- Candidates with experience in International/Domestic Voice or Chat /Seller Support /E-commerce /Customer Support are preferred.




- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Willingness to work from the Pune office.
- Freshers may be considered based on communication skills and process requirements.
