Key responsibilities

Requirements

- Maintain accurate incident reports, attendance records, and daily security logs.
- Train and guide security staff on hospital procedures, customer service, and emergency response.
- Ensure security operations follow hospital policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications and requirements

- Minimum 12th-pass qualification; a diploma or degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in security, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Security training or a recognized security-guard/supervisor certification is desirable.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit, alert, and able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer and report-writing skills are preferred.
