Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined and experienced Security Officer to manage security operations at a premium residential apartment community. The candidate will be responsible for supervising security manpower, ensuring access control, implementing SOPs, handling incidents and maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day security operations of the residential community.
- Supervise Security Supervisors, Security Guards and Lady Guards.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment and post-wise duty allocation.
- Monitor visitor, vendor, domestic help and vehicle entry/exit.
- Ensure strict implementation of security SOPs and access-control procedures.
- Conduct regular patrolling and security inspections.
- Monitor CCTV and identify/report suspicious activities.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies and resident complaints.
- Coordinate with Police, Fire, Ambulance and other emergency services when required.
- Maintain security registers, reports and incident documentation.
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure discipline, grooming and alertness of security staff.
- Coordinate with the Facility Management / Association team for security-related matters.




- Submit daily reports and escalate critical issues to Operations Management.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations, preferably in residential apartments/gated communities.
- Previous experience as Security Officer / Security Supervisor / Site In-charge preferred.
- Good knowledge of access control, visitor management and CCTV operations.
- Strong leadership and manpower-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations and resident complaints professionally.
- Basic computer, email and report-writing skills.
- Physically fit, disciplined and presentable.
- Positive command of English and Hindi; Kannada will be an added advantage.
