Role Description The Junior Security Guard role at Nexfore Consulting is a full-time, in office position based in Navi Mumbai.

The Security

Guard is responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access points, and ensuring that visitors, employees, and property are protected at all times. Daily tasks include patrolling designated areas, checking identification, maintaining security logs, and reporting any suspicious activities or safety incidents to supervisors. The role also involves supporting emergency procedures, assisting visitors with directions and information, and collaborating with other security and facility staff.



The successful candidate will follow established security protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe, orderly environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess skills in Physical Security to conduct patrols, monitor entrances, and safeguard premises and assets.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Personnel Security and Private Security to manage access control, verify identities, and support compliance with security procedures.
- Basic knowledge of safety and emergency response practices, including incident reporting and escalation.
- Ability to remain alert, calm, and professional under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by site operations.
- Previous experience in security or safety-related roles is an advantage but not mandatory for junior-level applicants.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; formal security training or certification is a plus.
