Job Title: Section Head – Clothing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Section Head – Clothing to manage the day-to-day operations of the clothing section. The candidate will be responsible for sales performance, team supervision, customer service, inventory management, product display and achieving section targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the clothing section.
- Supervise and guide sales staff.
- Allocate responsibilities among team members.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
- Assist customers with product selection and queries.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain proper product arrangement and display.
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising of clothing products.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.




- Coordinate with the store manager regarding stock requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Monitor billing and product movement.
- Conduct regular stock checks.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline and proper presentation of the section.
- Support promotional campaigns, offers and seasonal sales activities.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in clothing, apparel, fashion retail or departmental store operations.
- Previous experience in team handling is preferred.
- Good knowledge of clothing/fashion retail.
- Solid customer service and sales skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage sales targets.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Graduate or relevant qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
