Colca.ai is building AI agents for the outbound sales workflow — helping businesses automate prospect research, hyper-personalized multi channel outreach via Email-Call-LinkedIn and much more.

We’re now investing heavily in organic growth across the US and international markets, and we’re looking for a Junior SEO Specialist with ~1 year of hands-on experience to take ownership of our SEO function.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to go beyond executing SEO tasks and actually own the growth engine, experiment, measure results, and build the SEO strategy from the ground up.

What you’ll own

- Develop and execute Colca’s SEO strategy across the US and international markets
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent commercial opportunities
- Build and optimize product, use-case, industry, and comparison pages
- Develop a scalable content strategy around outbound sales, AI SDRs, sales automation, prospecting, and related topics
- Perform on-page and technical SEO audits and implement improvements
- Build internal linking and site architecture strategies
- Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and SEO-driven pipeline
- Identify opportunities for programmatic and scalable SEO
- Research competitors and identify content/keyword gaps




- Work closely with the product team to improve organic acquisition
- Continuously test, measure, learn, and iterate

What we’re looking for

- Around 1 year of practical SEO experience
- Solid understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar
- Understanding of keyword research and search intent
- Ability to distinguish informational keywords from commercial/high-intent keywords
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication
- Willingness to experiment and learn quickly
- Comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for detailed instructions
- Interest in SaaS, AI, B2B technology, and startup environments is a plus
