### Key Responsibilities

✓ Handle end-to-end Sea Export Booking activities

✓ Coordinate with shipping lines.

✓ Check vessel schedules, sailing details, space availability and cut-off dates

✓ Handle container booking and booking confirmations

✓ Coordinate Shipping Instructions (SI) and HBL

✓ Follow up with shipping lines for booking status, confirmations and amendments

✓ Manage booking rollovers, vessel changes and shipment updates

✓ Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders and internal teams

✓ Maintain booking records and shipment schedules

✓ Ensure timely execution of multiple bookings and shipments

### Requirements

✓ 4+ years of relevant experience in Sea Export Booking / Freight Forwarding

✓ Strong practical knowledge of Sea Booking procedures

✓ Hands-on experience with multiple shipping lines





✓ Good understanding of vessel schedules, cut-off dates, container availability and booking process

✓ Experience in SI and HBL coordination

✓ Solid follow-up, communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
