We are seeking a dedicated Sea Booking Executive to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sea freight operations and will be responsible for managing the booking process for sea exports. This role requires excellent coordination skills and attention to detail to ensure that all documentation is accurate and timely.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the entire sea export booking process, ensuring all bookings are confirmed and documented correctly.

- Coordinate with shipping lines such as Maersk, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, MSC, ONE Line, COSCO, and HMM to secure space and rates for shipments.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to sea freight bookings, including booking confirmations and shipping instructions.




- Collaborate with the freight forwarding team to optimize shipping routes and costs.
- Address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the booking process.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of sea export booking and freight forwarding processes.
- Proficiency in documentation and follow-up coordination.
