Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery, strengthen team collaboration, and help Scrum teams deliver high-quality products predictably. The ideal candidate will be skilled in removing impediments, coaching teams and stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Track sprint progress, delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Remove blockers by coordinating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Promote self-organization, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness.
- Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput, and release progress.
- Identify delivery risks and escalate issues appropriately.
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, QA, design, and operations.
- Help teams improve estimation, planning, quality, and predictability.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to the adoption of consistent delivery practices.
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and delivery documentation as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.




- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and software development lifecycles.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve delivery impediments.
- Solid facilitation, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Experience working in scaled Agile environments.
- Familiarity with Kanban, Lean, DevOps, CI/CD, and product delivery practices.
- Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams or complex technology programs.
- Exposure to cloud, digital, data, or enterprise technology projects.
