Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Physics subjects to students of varying abilities.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching methods as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assess program effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in teaching Physics at the secondary level (BED).
- Robust knowledge of physics concepts and pedagogical practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective classroom instruction and parent-teacher interactions.
