We are looking for an experienced and dynamic person for our residential school to provide strong academic and administrative leadership.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide overall academic and administrative leadership to the school.

· Lead, mentor, and support teachers and academic teams.

· Monitor student performance and drive continuous academic improvement.

· Oversee school operations, discipline, safety, and overall functioning.

· Build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and the school management.

· Drive admissions, parent engagement, and the overall growth of the school.

· Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing school culture.

· Represent the school at various forums and community events.

Qualifications & Experience





· Graduate degree with B.Ed.

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the education sector as English teacher.

· Solid understanding school operations.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
