Your key responsibilities

- Scrum Master for Scrum Teams: Support the Engineering Lead in facilitating daily

stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Managing Sprint: You will be responsible for planning and running Sprint, managing

boards, releasing sprint to prod and doing retrospective meetings at the end of every sprint.

- Improve Team’s Efficiency: Continuously help the team to enhance their incremental

delivery of value to clients and stakeholders. Identify inefficiencies in the team’s operation and proactively remove impediments to the team's progress.

- Promote Agile Mindset: Live and promote an agile mindset and culture within the

team. Act as a coach and facilitator within the team for self-organisation and cross-

functionality.

- Create Safe Environments: Create psychologically safe environments for teams,

enabling them to own their outcomes, surface dependencies & risks and escalate in a timely manner.

- Scrum Master for Multiple Teams: Act as the Scrum Master for multiple teams, both

being cross-functional agile teams working on implementing new functionalities.

Skills and Qualifications





- - Aspiring Scrum Masters with a robust interest in Agile project management and team facilitation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve impediments.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, discussions, and collaborative decision-making.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong planning and prioritization skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.

- Good understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and Agile frameworks.

- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, B.E., or equivalent) in any specialization.
