Role Description The SAP Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The trainer will design and deliver SAP training programs, including preparing course materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments for various SAP modules. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom and lab sessions, guiding learners through hands-on configurations, resolving queries, and monitoring learner progress.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to update curriculum based on new SAP features and industry best practices, as well as providing feedback to improve training delivery methods. The SAP Trainer will also support corporate training engagements,



contribute to content development for digital learning platforms, and maintain accurate records of learner performance and attendance.

Qualifications

- Robust SAP functional or technical expertise (e.g., SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, ABAP, or related modules), with hands-on implementation or support experience.
- Proven training, teaching, or mentoring skills, including the ability to explain complex SAP concepts clearly and guide learners through practical exercises.
- Experience designing curricula, lesson plans, and training materials, preferably for SAP or other enterprise software.
- Comfort with digital tools and learning platforms for delivering and tracking training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage classrooms, handle diverse learner groups, and provide constructive feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; professional SAP certifications are highly beneficial.
- Experience in corporate training or working with enterprise clients is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with academic and corporate stakeholders.
