Role & responsibilities
- Lead Test Strategy, Estimation, Planning, and Governance
- Manage SIT, UAT, Regression, Automation, and Performance Testing
- Oversee end-to-end test delivery and sign-off activities
- Drive testing metrics, dashboards, risk management, and stakeholder reporting
- Manage test environments, test data readiness, and requirement traceability
- Lead offshore testing teams and resource planning activities
- Ensure scalability, automation coverage, and quality standards across projects
- Work closely with development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Create and manage test plans, test cases, and reports in Azure DevOps (ADO)
