2. Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits Mandatory

3. Experience in Advantages configuration, administration, and support

4. Knowledge of benefit eligibility, benefit plans, schedules, and employee enrollment

5. Experience with EC events and event reasons related to benefits

6. Good understanding of global benefits / country-specific benefits

7. Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment

Candidates should ideally have hands-on exposure to:
