Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise on SAP SD module, including sales order processing, billing, and customer management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing processes and implement changes using SAP tools.

- Develop solid relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT services & consulting.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of experience in SAP SD implementation or similar role.

- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Computers or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
