Interview Process: F2F Discussion Mandatory for shortlisted candidates
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD / S/4HANA Functional Consultant with 8+ years of relevant SAP SD experience. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, Order-to-Cash (O2C), pricing, master data, EDI/IDOC, output determination, ATP and credit management.
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and clients to understand requirements, design SAP solutions, perform configuration, resolve production issues and support end-to-end implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and business stakeholders.
- Provide conceptual and detailed solution design based on business requirements.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA SD implementation projects.
- Perform SAP SD configuration and support business process requirements.
- Work on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Configure and support Pricing Procedure and Pricing Determination.
- Work on SAP SD Master Data including Customer/Business Partner, Material and related master data.
- Handle EDI / IDOC configuration, monitoring and issue resolution.
- Work on Output Determination.
- Provide functional support for ATP (Available-to-Promise).
- Work on Credit Management and related business processes.
- Handle Batch Management and related issues.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with development/technical teams for bug fixes.
- Analyze and resolve batch job-related issues.
- Work closely with SAP FI, MM and PP teams for integration requirements.
- Participate in testing, defect resolution and production support.
- Support global/multi-country rollout activities.
- Interact directly with clients and provide functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of SAP SD experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD
- Experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementation
- Strong Order-to-Cash (O2C) process knowledge
- Robust Pricing Procedure / Pricing Determination experience
- SAP SD Master Data
