Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad or Noida . The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of specialized experience in SAP recruitment , with a deep understanding of sourcing, screening, and placing top SAP talent across various modules and roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for SAP roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, skilled networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit for SAP positions across various domains (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP ABAP, etc.).
- Maintain and update a robust pipeline of qualified SAP professionals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.




- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Stay updated on SAP technologies, market trends, and competitive intelligence to attract top talent.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in SAP recruitment with a proven track record of successful placements.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and the SAP ecosystem.
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent sourcing techniques using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), networking, and other digital platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in bulk hiring for SAP roles.
- Knowledge of global hiring practices and recruitment compliance.
- Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
