Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP QM implementation, configuration, integration and production support.

The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end S/4HANA QM implementations, business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and integration with SAP PP, PM, MM, SD and WM/EWM.

The candidate should also have experience with SAP Business Rules Hub (BRH), BTP/Fiori, CPI and integration with external quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Quality Management implementations.
- Conduct requirement gathering and business process workshops with stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate SAP QM solutions.
- Design, customize, configure and test SAP S/4HANA QM solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation, functional designs, test cases and test results.
- Work closely with business users, functional consultants and technical teams.
- Support integration of on-premise SAP solutions with SAP BRH and applications on SAP BTP/Fiori.
- Work on integration between SAP QM and PP, PM, MM, SD and WM/EWM.
- Configure and support SAP BRH integration with S/4HANA.
- Work with CPI/integration interfaces as required.
- Configure BRH-related Release Process Flows, Release Types, Quality Departments and Business Rules.
- Support integration with external systems such as LIMS, GLIMS, IXOS, 1QEM and 3PL systems.
- Work on standard SAP QM functions including:

- Batch Management

- Batch Derivation

- Batch Determination

- Quality Master Data

- Quality Info Records

- Supplier Status Management





- Batch Release

- Quality Certificates

- Quality Notifications
- Participate in testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.
- Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
- Work independently and act as a subject matter expert/mentor for junior consultants.
- Coordinate with global delivery teams and cross-functional SAP consultants.

Mandatory Skills
- Robust hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA QM
- End-to-end S/4HANA QM implementation experience
- SAP QM configuration and customization
- Business requirement gathering and solution design
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP PP / PM / MM / SD / WM-EWM

- Experience with SAP BRH
- Experience with SAP BTP / Fiori integration
- Knowledge of CPI / integration
