Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

- 58 years of experience in SAP Project Management, SAP Delivery Management, or SAP AMS.
- Positive understanding of SAP landscapes, support models, and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional SAP teams and managing customer engagements.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, governance, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with SLA tracking, status reporting, RAG dashboards, and RAID management.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP certification or project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience working with global SAP customers and distributed delivery teams.
- Exposure to SAP implementation, AMS, transition, or customer engagement projects.
