Key Skills: SCM, SAP PM, Implementation

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP SCM projects from planning and initiation through implementation, Go-Live, and hypercare.
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams across SCM and related SAP modules.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables.
- Manage project governance, status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, integration, testing, and business teams.
- Manage SIT, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live support activities.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and drive timely resolution.
- Coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams where applicable.
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed scope, timeline, quality, and governance standards.
- Support SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and transformation programs.

Skills Required:

- 6-12 years of SAP project/program management experience.
- Strong project delivery experience within SAP SCM / Supply Chain environments.




- Good understanding of one or more SAP SCM areas such as:
- SAP MM
- SAP PP
- SAP SD
- SAP WM / EWM
- SAP TM
- SAP APO / IBP
- Experience working with SAP ERP and/or S/4HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation and project delivery lifecycles.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple project stakeholders.
- Robust experience in risk, issue, dependency, resource, and timeline management.
- Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare activities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project governance skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- SAP implementation, global rollout, migration, or upgrade experience.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing external SAP implementation partners or vendors.
- Relevant project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
