- Experience in SAP/HCM core modules OM, PA, Perks, Time management and Payroll
- Experience in US Payroll, BSI Tax engine, BSI Tubs/Cyclic updates
- Experience in Time accounts/Quotas
- Experience in understanding & writing Payroll/Time Schemas and Rules
- Experience in Payroll posting to financial accounting, month-end accruals
- Good understanding of various Pay/Benefits related interfaces
