Job Title: SAP P2P Consultant – Fashion / Apparel

We are looking for an experienced SAP P2P Consultant with strong expertise in SAP MM / Procure-to-Pay and hands-on experience in the Fashion, Apparel, or Footwear industry.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with SAP AFS / SAP Fashion Management and a strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support end-to-end SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Configure and support SAP MM procurement functionalities.
- Work on SAP AFS / SAP Fashion Management processes.
- Handle fashion-specific master data and processes involving Style, Color, Size, Season, and Collection.
- Configure and maintain Vendor Master, Purchasing Info Records, Contracts, and related procurement data.
- Perform SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Analyze business requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions.
- Support integration between SAP MM, FI, SD, and WM.
- Work with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
- Coordinate with business users and stakeholders for issue resolution and process improvements.




- Prepare functional documentation and support user training when required.

Required Skills
- 4–5 years of relevant SAP MM / P2P experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP AFS / SAP Fashion Management.
- Robust understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Mandatory: Experience in the Fashion, Apparel, or Footwear industry.
- Knowledge of Style, Color, Size, Season, and Collection processes.
- Experience with Vendor Master, Purchasing Info Records, Contracts, and procurement configuration.
- Experience in SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Good understanding of integration with FI, SD, and WM.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.

Good to Have
- SAP AFS / Fashion Management implementation experience.
- SAP certification.
- Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in end-user training and knowledge transfer.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from the Fashion, Apparel, or Footwear industry with strong SAP P2P/MM and SAP AFS/Fashion Management experience are preferred.

Note: Candidates without relevant Fashion/Apparel/Footwear industry experience may not be considered.

Pay: Up to ₹270,000.00 per month
