SAP Order to Cash (OTC) Consultant: 35 Years Experience

1. End-to-end OTC delivery: Configure and support the full Order to Cash cycle in SAP S/4HANA or ECC SD, covering inquiry, quotation, sales order, delivery, billing, and cash application.
2. Master data and pricing: Set up and maintain customer master (Business Partner), material master sales views, pricing procedures, condition techniques,



output determination, and credit management.
3. Sales document configuration: Configure sales document types, item categories, schedule lines, copy controls, and incompletion procedures for standard orders, returns, credit/debit memos, consignment, and third-party orders.
4. Logistics execution integration: Work with shipping and delivery processes, including picking, packing, PGI, availability check (ATP), and transportation, in coordination with MM/WM/EWM teams.
5. Billing and FI integration: Configure billing types, revenue account determination, and invoice splits, and make sure SD-FI integration is clean for AR, dispute management, and collections.
6. EDI/IDoc and interfaces: Support inbound orders (850/ORDERS05), order acknowledgments (855), ASNs (856), and invoices (810/INVOIC). Troubleshoot IDoc failures (WE02/WE19/BD87) and work with integration teams on middleware and trading partner requirements.
7. Requirements and solution design: Gather business requirements from sales, customer service, and finance. Write functional specifications for RICEFW objects and work with ABAP developers on enhancements, user exits, and reports.
8. Testing and deployment: Plan and run unit, integration (SIT), and UAT test cycles. Support data migration, cutover activities, and hypercare for projects and rollouts.
9. Production support: Resolve incidents and change requests within SLAs, do root-cause analysis on recurring OTC issues, and keep documentation, configuration guides, and training materials up to date.
10. Qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business. At least 35 years of hands-on SAP SD/OTC experience, with at least one full-cycle implementation or S/4HANA migration. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. SAP SD/S/4HANA Sales certification preferred. Exposure to Fiori, Vistex, or CPQ is a plus.
