Job Title: SAP MM Executive / Associate

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals with 0-2 years of experience to join our SAP team. The candidate will support SAP Materials Management (MM) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, working closely with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient procurement and inventory management operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
- Assist in Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchasing, and Inventory Management activities.
- Support procurement and supply chain operations through SAP MM functionalities.
- Participate in requirement gathering, system testing, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Assist in analyzing business requirements and documenting functional specifications.
- Provide day-to-day user support and help resolve SAP MM-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare functional documents, process flows, and reports as required.




- Learn and apply SAP best practices in procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Knowledge of Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain concepts.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in SAP functional consulting.

Educational Qualification

- BE / BTech / MBA / MCA / BCom / MCom or equivalent qualification.
- SAP MM Certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in SAP MM or related business processes.
- Freshers with SAP MM certification and relevant internship/project experience can also apply.
- Strong interest in ERP systems, procurement, and supply chain management.
