SAP GRC & Security Consultant

Role Summary

Own the Identity, Access & Compliance workstream for the Advanced Shipment Tracking solution. The consultant will design the SAP GRC controls, Authorization Matrix and SSO model across the SAP Business Network-centered landscape, with strong focus on auditability and controlled access.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead SAP GRC and security design across the Advanced Shipment Tracking solution and integrated SAP/non-SAP landscape.
- Define and maintain the Authorization Matrix covering functional roles, user populations and access requirements.
- Configure and validate SAP GRC custom risk rulesets and perform Segregation of Duties analysis and remediation support.
- Design and support User Access Review workflows and ensure access-control evidence is available for audit and compliance needs.
- Implement and support Single Sign-On using Active Directory / Windows authentication integration.
- Coordinate security requirements across SAP Business Network, SAP S/4HANA/TM, MM, Ariba, Finance/FICO, EWM, HCM and relevant integrated applications.
- Support Fiori/portal authorization requirements for role-based dashboards,



administrative users, end users, guests and auditors.
- Ensure audit trail/change-log requirements are incorporated into the security and governance model.
- Perform role revalidation and Authorization Matrix sign-off before go-live and support security testing during SIT/UAT.
- Troubleshoot authorization/SSO issues during cutover and hypercare and maintain GRC/security configuration and audit documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8+ years of SAP Security / GRC experience with minimum 2 end-to-end implementations is mandatory.
- Solid SAP GRC Access Control, role design, authorization and SoD risk-management experience.
- Good SAP S/4HANA security knowledge and understanding of Fiori/portal authorization concepts.
- Hands-on understanding of Active Directory integration, SSO and user access governance.
- Strong audit/compliance documentation, stakeholder management and security troubleshooting skills.
