We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with RAR expertise to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in SAP Finance, Revenue Recognition, and end-to-end SAP implementation/support projects.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO and RAR solutions

✅ Configure and support SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

✅ Lead and participate in SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) implementation, enhancement, and support activities

✅ Design and configure revenue recognition processes in accordance with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 requirements

✅ Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to optimize finance and revenue accounting processes

✅ Work closely with SAP SD, MM, FI, and CO teams to ensure seamless integration across modules





✅ Prepare functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and training documentation

✅ Support data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities

✅ Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution for SAP Finance and RAR-related challenges

✅ Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements and best practices

✅ Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to business users

✅ Participate in global rollout, implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects

Required Skills

✔ 5-12 years of SAP FICO experience

✔ Hands-on experience with SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting)

✔ Strong knowledge of Revenue Recognition, IFRS 15, and ASC 606

✔ Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance

✔ Strong integration knowledge with SAP SD and MM

✔ Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project

✔ Excellent client-facing and communication skills
