SAP S/4HANA Finance / SAP FICO Consultant

Role: SAP S/4HANA Finance / SAP FICO Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance / SAP FICO Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of SAP Finance experience and strong expertise in Finance business processes and SAP S/4HANA implementations.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, cutover and post-implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct business workshops and interact closely with clients and business stakeholders.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
- Design, build and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance / FICO according to business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify functional and technical gaps.
- Prepare WRICEF/WRICEFS objects and Functional Specifications.
- Configure SAP Finance processes and ensure integration with other SAP modules.
- Work closely with SAP MM, SD and PS consultants for cross-functional integration.
- Configure and support Tax setup and SAP localization requirements.
- Participate in rollout projects and ensure successful implementation.




- Execute functional testing, support defect resolution and coordinate with technical teams.
- Manage cutover activities and data migration.
- Coordinate with cross-functional SAP functional and technical consultants.
- Manage client deliverables and ensure project milestones are achieved within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Provide functional expertise and support during implementation and stabilization phases.

Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of SAP FICO / SAP Finance experience
- Strong experience in SAP FI
- Good knowledge of SAP CO / Controlling
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Minimum 2 End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations
- Strong Finance business process knowledge
- Experience in Tax configuration / Tax setup
- Experience with SAP Localization
- Experience in Rollout projects
- Strong integration experience with MM / SD / PS
- Hands-on experience in SAP configuration
- Experience in WRICEF/WRICEFS and Functional Specifications
- Experience in Testing and defect resolution
- Experience in Cutover and Data Migration
- Strong client-facing and communication skills

Preferred / Valuable-to-Have Skills
- SAP CO implementation experience
- Pharma industry experience
- Experience in multiple SAP S/4HANA rollout projects
- Strong experience in cross-functional SAP integration
