SAP Expertise

Strong endtoend experience in SAP HCM Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

Expertise in schemas, PCRs, wage type configuration, retro rules, offcycle payroll, PCC, clusters, and statutory payroll processes.

Integration & Technical Competency

Strong handson experience with ECECP Integration, BIB mappings, and replication monitoring tools.

Deep understanding of payroll data structures, master data flows, info types, and payroll reporting.

Ability to analyze ABAP payroll driver logs and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements.

Implementation & Support Experience

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP Payroll / ECP & UK Payroll with at least 23 endtoend implementations.

Proven experience leading payroll cutover, UAT cycles, parallel runs, and golive activities.





Strong exposure to support environments with ability to manage highseverity tickets and escalations.

Preferred Skills

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central handson experience.

Expertise in BIB enhancements and integration error handling.

Knowledge of statutory payroll requirements across regions.Experience mentoring resources and owning workstreams independently.
