Lead the design configuration and implementation of SAP Customer Service CS and Sales Distribution SD modules to meet business requirements focusing on customer service and aftermarket processes Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP CSSD with other SAP modules Analyze and optimize SAP CS processes related to Honeywell After Market Service AMS and Repair Overhaul RO functionalities Utilize working knowledge of Repair Work Bench RWB to support repair and overhaul workflows within SAP CS Provide expert guidance on SAP CS best practices especially in aftermarket service and repair operations Support development and execution of testing strategies for SAP CS implementations and upgrades Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on SAP CS functionalities and Honeywellspecific processes Participate in requirement gathering and translate business needs into SAP CS and SD solutions Stay updated with the latest SAP SD and CS trends tools and technologies to continuously improve system capabilities

Roles and Responsibilities





Lead endtoend SAP CS and SD project implementations and upgrades with emphasis on aftermarket service and repair processes

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document functional specifications focused on Honeywell AMS and RO processes

Configure SAP CS and SD modules in alignment with business process requirements including Repair Work Bench operations

Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP CSSD issues related to aftermarket service and repair workflows

Conduct workshops and training sessions for users and support teams on SAP CS and SD functionalities and Honeywellspecific processes

Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments and integrations related to RWB and AMS

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for SAP CS and SD modules particularly in repair and overhaul operations

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and SAP governance standards

Leverage indepth familiarity with Honeywell AMS RO and RWB to enhance SAP CS and SD processes and operational efficiency
