Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP Collections Management Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be processing automated collection worklists, managing promises to pay, and executing collection strategies. Your work will directly impact our cash flow accuracy and overall accounts receivable health.

Core Responsibilities

- Worklist Management: Review and process daily automated customer worklists prioritized by SAP collection strategies and scoring rules.
- Dispute and Promise Tracking: Track and manage promises to pay, collaborate on dispute cases, and monitor outstanding receivables.
- Process Optimization: Analyse collection efficiency, manage assigned customer portfolios, and update business partner profile data.

Key Requirements & Skills

- SAP Expertise: Proficiency in SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Collections Management and Accounts Receivable (FI-AR) integration.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret aging reports, valuation points, and key performance indicators (KPIs) like DSO.
- Communication: Explicit verbal and written communication skills for professional outreach to clients regarding payment details.
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance.
