Key Responsibilities • Configure, integrate and troubleshoot SAP Joule across DEV, QAS and PRD environments.

- Develop custom Joule skills and agents using Joule Studio and SAP Build.
- Implement Generative AI use cases using SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad and Generative AI Hub.
- Integrate approved LLMs with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, CAPM applications.
- Build solutions using prompt engineering, grounding, RAG, tool calling and structured responses.
- Develop integrations using CAP, Node.js or Java, Python, REST and OData services.
- Configure BTP security, destinations, IAS, XSUAA, OAuth and role collections.
- Apply responsible AI, data privacy, monitoring, auditability and consumption controls.

Required Skills and Experience

- 8 plus years of overall SAP technical experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on SAP BTP experience. • Practical experience with SAP Joule, Joule Studio, Joule skills or agents, and SAP Build. • Hands-on knowledge of SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad and Generative AI Hub. • Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search and RAG. • Experience with SAP CAP, Node.js or Java, Python, HANA Cloud, APIs and Cloud Foundry.
