Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP BTP and S/4HANA development. The role will involve designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP applications using modern ABAP development practices and cloud-based SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain custom SAP solutions using ABAP for S/4HANA.
- Design and develop reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and APIs.
- Work with modern ABAP development approaches including ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
- Develop and support SAP BTP-based applications and extensions.
- Integrate SAP S/4HANA with external systems using APIs, OData, and web services.
- Develop and consume RESTful and OData services.
- Work on SAP BTP services, application extensions, and cloud integrations.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Perform debugging, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, migrations, and production issues.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, business users, and cross-functional technical teams.




- Prepare technical specifications and development documentation.
- Follow SAP development standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
- Positive understanding of modern ABAP programming and S/4HANA development practices.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP.
- Experience with OData services, REST APIs, and SAP integrations.
- Experience with ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and debugging.
- Knowledge of CDS Views and AMDP.
- Experience with ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of SAP architecture and integration concepts.
- Ability to work effectively with functional and technical teams.

Preferred Skills :

- SAP BTP extension development.
- SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).
- SAP Fiori / UI5 exposure.
- SAP Integration Suite.
- Experience with S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
- Knowledge of clean-core development principles.
- Experience with Git or other version-control tools.
